I work for a medium sized Web Development company based in South Africa.
The working environment is relaxed and enjoyable. I feel the company as
a whole is managed very well. The dress code is casual to formal. Hours
are the 8.15am to 16.30pm. Extra time is expected when required, and
management is flexible with personal time needed during office hours
when needed. Career advancement and related salary is limited due to the
size of the company. The biggest department and place for biggest growth
is the development team (programming) as the companie main objective is
web design/development and application development. As a senior
quailfied developer here you could be earing about R20 000, which is a
slightly over market price.
