I started at $28k because I said that I would not start at any lower. I was not
applying straight out of college like most of their candidates. I had prior
management experience that I could bring to the company. After one year, I had
advanced to the next position and was then making $28,500. I believe you
receive
bonuses there, however, I did not receive one and was not aware of how you could
receive one. They offered an employee 401K plan where the company would match
your contributions up to a certain amount. The vacation time was nice because
you
could earn vacation days depending on how long you worked there. I believe when
I
started I had 3 weeks of vacation, but I had to work there 10-12 months to
actually earn that. If you worked a 10 hour day, the company would reimburse
your meal costs up to $15. Not too many people knew about this.
