They split the group into two groups of 6. Each group did the same things but in a different order. First, we were given an introductory presentation about the company, benefits, culture, etc. Then we took a tour of the building. We had to take two tests -- one was a visualization test (seeing if numbers were the same) and the other was a graphical data test (analyzing charts). I interviewed with two people. Some of the questions were: how do you prioritize your work? Describe a time when you had to handle a difficult situation with another employee and how did you handle it?
