The overall business outlook for this company is decent. There have been
a lot of changes over the past couple of years, mainly due to
acquisitions, and shifts in the economy. Distribution channels are
strong, Time Inc has excellent products, which are well received.
Employee morale is high, there are few who aren't proud to work for this
company. The company is trying to get back on it's feet, and in doing
so, some cuts have been made, no particularly job wise, but in terms of
annual raises. This is hoped to change withing the next year or two. I
have a secure sense of job security, I do not feel my role is at risk. I
feel this is the best publishing company to work for, bar none, and I am
hoping that the better portion of my career is spent here. This is a
great company to work for, the benefits are simply outstanding, there is
a good sense of morale, and it's a happy work environment.
