I am no longer employed by Thomason Mechanical, as I have found
permanent Full-Time Work. Before Thomason was purchase in 2002, it was a
great company to work for. Then things changed, people changed. When I
had to pay my house payment with my credit card, because I was told
there was no work, and there wouldn"t be any work until October. I have
a family to feed and at that point decided to make a change. Since
making that change, I'm very suprised in the Upper Management spreading
rumors through the field, about wrong doings on all levels. They should
be looking at the upper management, for the ghosts in their own closets.
There will be more forman quitting, and going to work for other
companies, as upper management makes Forman offers to stay with the
company and in reality, I would have been loosing if I stayed. They make
it very clear that they are in charge and most employees do as they are
directed by the upper management whether right or wrong for the security
of their jobs. I know for a fact that upper management has come out to
one of my jobs, talking about things he shouldn't have. Employees don't
want to work under these conditions, but are to afraid to take action
because they have families to feed. Its about time, someone take a look
at the upper mangement.
