| Office Manager/Union Payroll |
The business outlook is very slim. Forman are going to other companies,
because they offer stable employment. I think the worst thing they could
have done was lay-off the office personel. Now the foreman are thinking
the office is closing sometime soon, and they are the next to lose their
jobs. I always "Went The Extra Mile". Now they don't have any support in
the field, like they did in the past. Payroll is done in the L.A, which
makes it harder for them to get lay-off checks, etc. I would not suggest
seeking employment with this employer. At this point, there's no
stability there.
