The company is losing significant amounts of money. Their union
contract is up this year and the employees have been saying that they
won't accept anything but a salary increase. The quality of their work
is suffering because there is worker sabatoge. They have lost some
customers as a result of this poor quality work. I would think that the
combination of the negative work atmosphere, the way that employees are
spoken to, the union contract being up in a few months and the loss of
business would make Thomas Steel Strip and very poor career choice. I
know that they have terminated the employment of several dozen employees
over the last couple of months. I personally believe that it would be a
short term career move at best. Just based on the way they deal with
their employees, I would recommend staying away from Thomas Steel.

impression of the company is.
