I interviewed with 2 people, the president who is no longer there and
the Office Manager. I came from a Temp Agency so they already knew my
skills and office experience background. There was only 1 interview
that I can recall and it was very indepth as to what they were looking
for and what I was looking for. The President at the time had asked me
a question I've never been asked before which was, "Where do you see
yourself in 5 years?" I remember telling him that I hoped to be happily
married, have children, and to work up to the Office Manager's
position. He just smiled and laughed and said the job's yours if you
want it. I was nervous that I answered the question wrong but he said
he thought I had a dream and drive.
