This is a bad company with a terrible work environment, oppressive
personalities and mis-managed and disorganized structure. I am strongly
seeking alternative employment since I am worried the profitability of
this company will not continue. We are competing with other very big
defense industry players and I fear that the inept engineering, cruel
program management and egocentric president and vice-president of the
company will bring it down in the face of competition with good
companies. The President of this company is a foul-mouthed egomaniac who
makes all the decisions arbitrarily. The Vice President is a
hypocritical back-stabber who manipulates the numbers and is probably
headed for jail. The Program Manager of the company is a cruel, pig-
headed brainless fool who chooses to ignore any reality and creates an
ugly oppressive sweat-shop work environment where all are miserable and
noone is rewarded.
