One interview with HR rep, two interviews with my soon-to-be boss, and
one interview with another manager in that department. I felt they were
hiring more for personality fit than skills, though my skills were a
good fit too. It took a couple of months to actually get hired.
The HR rep gave me inaccurate information about the salary range and how
vacation at the organization worked. She also couldn't answer basic
questions about the health insurance. This person got fired not too long
after I was hired because so many people reported similar experiences.
