The salary package was excellent. There was a sign- on bonus, a relocation
allowance and a 10% raise over my previous position. For the first 30 days at
the
new facility I was in a furnished apartment covered by the hospital until my
home
was sold and I could move my family to town. Annually I recieve a merit raise, a
christmas bonus and a performance bonus. This year there is an option while the
facility is being sold for a retention bonus instead of performance bonus. Stock
options are open to all employees. Paid educational leave is also available to
all as appropriate. Vacation time for directors is six weeks and memberships to
professional organizations is covered. A volunteer donation through their
foundation is also a great perk for staff. They donate $500 in your name to your
nonprofit that you volunteer more than 50 hours to annually.
