My employer was very flexable as far as hours and dress code was not was
very diverse as working with consumers taking them swimming, for walks
to various activities dress will vary. Hours will vary with consumers
needs and I started school full time and they accomodated my school
hours for which I am very grateful. I was and still am a single parent
also and they worked with me with that also. I enjoyed my work. I
don't remember much about opportunities for advancementor the coperate
culture. Pam Williams was my boss and she was a wonderful boss very
patient and explained things very well and was a good instructor and
always ready to help when we came across some of those big problems.
