Job Title Interview Survey
Team Leader As an employee of the previous organization, we were administered a test, an interview, and a review of our past performance reviews. These were combined to give an overall evaluation. We then were given a list of available postions and ranked our desires. We were allowed to list up to 10 positions we would be interested in filling. I listed my present job as my first choice (partially because of management being the same individual I worked for at that time). I was chosen based on the combined score of the criteria listed above and the desire of the manager. The set of questions I most remember is: Name a special project you worked on (possibly leading a group) and tell about the barriers you confronted before completion. How did this project fit in with the overall objectives of the organization?
