Telecom is a good employer. In 1998 the HR culture was somewhat
mercenary but this has gradually changed to where, for me, they are a
preferred employer. The dress code is generally smart casual except
from customer and front-line staff. Telecom offers a wide variety of
work and good opportunities for advancement and experience. I work
reasonable hours and do not find pressure to work more except for the
amount of work available. The 5 1/2 years I've been at Telecom have
been very good to the extent that it doesn't feel like its been that
long.
