Currently my base salary if full-time is $30,000.00 per year. There is
also a compensation for shift differntial for the evening shift. The
amount for that differential is 10%. We also have the possibilty to
earn monthly bonuses based on the gross write-off's of the company
versus the goal for that month. If the figure comes in unfer goal then
we achieve bonus, based on our statistics for that month and hours
worked. We have 401K and they match up to 6% of your investment in
Target stock. Everyone gets vacation whether full or part-time. It is
accrued by hours worked. For every 40 hours worked you gain 1.5 hours
vacation. They offer tuition reimbursment and a really great insurance
package. They offer 4 plans for medical and 2 for dental. The cover
the employee for $25,000 in life insurance and you can purchase more
for pennies a month. They also cover the employee for short-term
disability and you may purchase long-term disability for pennies a pay
period. They offer direct deposit and a healthcare speding account.
They have a fitness room on site for employees to work out in which
includes showers and lockers. There is also a cafeteria open for all 3
meals of the day.
