For my first interview I with one of the Unit Development Leaders. Her name was Erin Johnson. She was really great and me feel comfortable even knowing that I really had no prior experience in position that I was interviewing for. One question that I remember her asking was "Can you remember a time when you disagreed with your supervisor?" And then she asked "And how did you handle the situation?" Another question that was asked was "Have you ever disagreed with how your supervisor wanted you to your job?". Other questions were "Why do you think that you would be a good employee for this position" and "Why do you think that we should hire you?". The 2nd interview was more like a trial run. They had we make a "pretend" outbound call. On the other end of the phone was a group of Unit Development Leaders in another room with their phone on speaker. They judged us based on how we handled the call. I was tehn told that I would hear back by the end of the week either way.
