It is a great company and their benefits far out run the competitors in this area. They offer so many options for their employees. The morale of their employees is really great considering the type of work that we do. We are all so diverse but enjoy each others company. Target continues to do well in many areas. The company also does a lot for the local community and the world community. They donate millions of dollars to help out those in need. The opportunity for advancement is really great. The only weakness that I see is that there is a relativly high- normal turn over rate, but it comes with that type of job. They make it as fun as possible. Their stock is doing really well and over the past 2+ years that I haev worked there, the store sales continue to increase and the stock has continued to rise.
