In all of my fifteen years of maint with some pretty big companies the best supervisors for maint are those who are given a chance to move up the ladder not because they have a degree in music! Morale is low because workers are scared to say anything or do anything and getting fired, to me a happy work place is one that you enjoy doing, not one where you go just for a pay check alot of the workers would tell me do your job don't say anything and go home!If someone is considering a job with this company just do what I said and don't ask any questions or go home!
