Jobs came up in the college on an internal basis only and very few jobs were ever released to the public. During one dinner break the manager I worked for had a list of applicants for a post that had come up in the college. She was discussing it openly that certain people would not even stand a chance as she did not like them and they had come from other departments that didn??t like her.
