i Recently turned down my full time position and have stayed as a casual worker
but working full time of roughly 40 hours a week. So i am workin an hourly
wage, until the right opputunity comes along. There was no extras for being
casual at all and when negotiating the salary when full time, you only recieve
extra paid leave throughout the year, however you can earn more as casual and
ask
for time off if you want to have a break. The company does not offer any
futurres
or stocks, at our level of employment. There are small incentives that are hard
to recieve thorughout the duration that you work there, however once you recive
them it s good knowing that you are beeing noted as part of the company. However
that is also a downside becasue there are so many people that do not recieve
anything and have no motivation to do any good, simply the imppresssion that
they
have recieved from the company is that it dowsent care about everone.
