TSYS doesn't tolerate much negotiation on salary or vacation time. And
TSYS is
below average on vacation time for the industry anyway. TSYS does not
allow
people to carry over vacation packages from other employers. Everyone
gets 2
weeks of vacation per year for the first 7 years of employment. I'm not
aware of
any signing and year-end bonuses and stock options for anyone below the
middle
management level. The special perks are few. Some are mentioned but are
useless
or don't exist. Particularly those involving discounts with other
companies.
However, they will pay relocation expenses for a moving truck if you
want to
move yourself or movers if you are unable to handle the moving
yourself. But, if
you leave TSYS within 2 years of your starting date you will have to
reimburse
the company for the moving expense.
