TIG is a contract house providing services to third party clients.
TIG is ruthless. They appear to be running 'scared'.
Very polite to get you, rude and militaristic once your on-board.
One morning a contractor was 15 minutes late. The Project leader (Tim)
approached him on the main floor in front of a lot of people to ask him
why.
Instead of politly working into a conversation and asking, he was asked
why as from a drill sargent asking a new recruit what his excuse was.
The exact words were "you were 15 minutes late this morning, what's your
excuse ?".
TIG project leaders appear to be hard nosed, scared, unsharring and in
fear of loosing their job to the point of rudeness
