Operations Manager I can't speak to whether the salary is competitive with the market, because this is the only large company I have ever worked for, and our HR department refuses to share market survey data with us. We get a base salary and a once-per-year cash bonus. There are no stock options since we are not a publicly traded company. The benefits are not as good as they used to be, but a new employee would get at least 10 Paid Time Off days to start, depending on the time of year. Sick time comes out of your PTO. We still offer tuition reimbursement, but graduate degrees are now limited to $10,000 per year, and you have to sign an agreement stating that you will stay for at least a year after you complete your degree. There is also reimbursement for health club dues, and we have an on-site medical facility which offers free women's exams, skin cancer screenings, cholesterol screenings, etc. To my knowledge, we do not offer any kind of signing bonus.
