The interview process is quite detailed. You have an initial interview
to see if you are the right sort of person, you then receive a technical
interview with two senior members of staff, plus two examinations to
test your skills in certain areas, due to my areas of expertise, this
involved exams in Unix and SQL. After this you have a peer review, this
is an interview with 5 current employees who will be working with you,
every one of them has to say yes to you being employed. If you pass the
peer review, you are then interviewed by the branch manager and
occasionally by the office manager as well. The technical interview is
extremely difficult and you will not be able to bluff through it. You
are being interviewed by people who will know the technical information
as well as, or better, than you.
