A fast paced dynamic company, somewhat chaotic but appealing to young
software engineers and should be appealing to Managers who can handle
the pace and have good team working stills and ability to follow a
common goal.
Culture: hierachial and a matrix organisation, no dress code and staff
are expected to manage their own work hours. Approx 10% of pay is
performance related. The predominance is english staff with a strong
link to Finnland and Sweden. Advancement is difficult at present, the
movement of people in management roles is stagnant, at lower levels the
attrition rate is approx 17%.
