I was informed that the job could last 5 months or 5 years. Morale could use a definite boost - they do not even offer water to the employees. I come from a Financial background where water, coffee, tea and soda are all the norm for the employees. They do not even offer bonuses or holiday parties. The medical is the worst that I have ever had - the contribution is low but the prescriptions are high!
