Job Title Interview Survey
Mobile The interview process involved two panelists, the Manager and one senior sttaff member. A series of standard questions asked of all 5 interviewees, including ones to ascertain the level of familiarity in working with people of all ages and demographics, plus some specific questions about me. The latter questions were to tease out more information about my application, or aspects of my resume submitted. There was only one round of interviews, as the position was advertsied for 3 weeks, and there were 30 applicants shortlisted to 10 and a final list of 5 interviewees. The questions ranged from budget management, to planning ideas, knowledge of the service and evidence of dealing with all age groups. The interview itself only took a short period of time, about 45 minutes. I was notified of my success barely 3 hours later after arriving home and a steadying cup of coffee! Since then, I have conducted over 30 interviews myself for varying positions, and I have felt simpathetic towards the interviewees, whom I try to encourgae to relax.
