When I was employed as a development chemist 1997, I did have four
interviews. The interviews were done by: R&D manager, The manager to
whom the R&D manager is reporting to, The excecutive personal manager,
and a phsycologist. I have also done a written test with the
phsycologist. There were a hundred of questions and I simmply do not
remember them.
Typical Questions:
Information on my professional background, Information on my family
background, Why I want work at this company, What can I do for this
company, my plans for the future, Information on my hobbies and
sport,and so on.
