A good company to work in. The company has very good personal policy
with yearly follow up of personal and company targets and goals. New
ideas is always welcome and one can realise and work on any idea which
is related to the daily work. In our R&D department we work in a
flexible time but pracically one should work 7,5 hours a day.
Very flexible company with fast and correct research action with quick
commercialisation of the knowledge. The company works intensively with
environmental issues and tries to offer the customers best technical and
environmental adapted products and services. The company allways has the
latest high quality and upp to date products. The company has also very
good long term future plans and strategi (as I can see).
The advancement possibility within the company is also good but mainly
for people with nordic background. Needs to get better in considering
other cultural properties and advancement of capable colleagues with
foreign background into managing group. Advancement in nonmanaging jobs
for foreigners and the atmosphere with other colleagues is good.
