We were not fully staffed, the manager without and banking experience and myself. We did not become fully staffed until March 2005. I was told by the recruiter Sandi Burns, that as soon as a traditional position opened, I would be able to transfer, that was not the case. Ever since I attempted to transfer I was treated with disrespect and falsely accused of poor customer service. I would call this retaliation.
