I make $9/hour and receive benefits, however, I do not receive dental
benefits
until I am employeed at Stickley for one year. A 401K and regular
benefits are
offered after a three month "probation" period where they ween out the
unprofessional employees. I also was granted a Christmas bonus and two
days off.
I would say that their benefits are pretty decent when it comes to health
insurance, however, not having dental for an entire year is not only not
healthy
but it also makes having any problems that arise or emergencies very
hard on any
income. Plus if you have children you are hindering their rights as
children to
have the full amount of benefits available for them.
