Stickley ran various tests with me, including a drug test, typing test,
and then offered me a pre-hire before I was fully screened. They asked
me such questions as where did I see myself in five years and what I
have to offer the growing company. Also my qualities, talents, and
attributions that would make me an asset to the company. I was told
that I was over qualified for my position and with that I would have
to start from the bottom, being it an entry level position there is
hardly room for growth. I am disatisfied with what I was granted, since
I have a four year college degree. I feel I am stuck in a dead end job
with hardly any perks. The only positive thing about my position is
that I have a steady income and work a 8:30-5 day, Monday through
Friday.
