Interview process was with agroup, each applicant was provided with a
powerpoint presentation which outlined that we had to each present a 15
min training overview on one of the two questions offered. Also a
further gap analysis was to be provided on " motivating our people to
excellence". There were 4 applicants and two interviewers. After the
presentations there was a brief analysis of the role and its
objectives, then if you were successful you would recieve contact for a
further one on one interview. I was not successful in reaching the
next round.
