Working for Stellar is challenging and satisfying most of the time,
because Stellar is an outsource company the challenges we face are
determined by the client. We work in an "Open Book management"
workplace with although I think is lovely in theory actually falls down
in practice, in particular because of the nature of our clients
business, ie. telecommunications. I have found opportunities to move
available and fairly obtainable, because the site is a new one and the
company has expanded rapidly in 18 months.
