As mentioned before we operate under an open book management system
whcih means every employee gets to see monthly p and l statements,
earns incentives on how the centre performs etc. Which we all think is
fantastic however there is a limit t o how open your boss will be about
some things in the work place. I belive morale is higherin this centre
than others I have worked for though due to OBM culture.
