Then, July 2004, 02.6% pay raise. They hired me at the bottom of the salary range which goes from ($44,500 - $65,000 / year). Negotiate a high salary when starting or you WON'T get anything later. I received various department awards, and did well, but no raise! Health insurance for 2 people $225 - $250 / month NO 401K MATCHING. State Legislature just ended that in May 2004 PERA - 5 years employment to become vested. THIS IS THE REASON MOST PEOPLE STAY AT THE STATE. Supposed to be very good program.
