The people are very nice and supportive. But I must warn that the job is not very intellectually stimulating. And the pace of work is very slow. There is definite room for advancement and pretty much on numb nuts don't get an advancement there. I got really board after about 3 months, I just didn't feel like there was much to learn and there wasn't room in the organization to change things for the better.
