They have cut most of the fat, along with a lot of muscle in the areas of forward looking fuctions (they appear to have no need for future sales and product dev). There is a single mind set and that is to make the company attractive/low risk for any potential buyer. Depending on the area you work for, you may survive a buyout. There are just too many better options in the market to look here. 5 years ago, I would recommend this place to anybody. 5 Years later, it's not even recognizable. If you do choose to work here, do it only to obtain sufficient experience for a better paying company.
