older seasoned employees are pushed aside and put into nothing jobs
with no future...once you're near fifty you're done. the CEO got a 70%
bonus on his 1.7 million
salary in 2002...most managers got about 3% on 100,000...personal days
have been
reduced...dress code is casual "officially" but the suckups dress up and
get ahead for doing so...it was a great company 25 years ago...it
with great benefits and great jobs...it's little more than a prison
now...female managers outnumber males two to one...if you are a failure
as an agent, you are a worthy of worship at corporate...all the good
neighbor stuff is pure bull...image is everything...it's all a
lie...it's another ENRON ...totally corrupt from the top down.
