State Farm used to be a very family oriented company that took great care of its people. Second and third generation employees were very, very common. Now, most people I know that look there are either getting out, looking/thinking about getting out or counting the days until retirement. Noone is happy working there. State Farm stopped taking care of the people that they claimed were their most valuable asset. Overall, the company culture and mood was very somber. I would strongly recommend potential employees stay away.
