State Farm is a large Fortune 500 copmpany that is still operated like
a small town Indiana company. They mean well and are trying to compete
and keep their advantage over all the other insurance companies. They
talk a good game. But they have swung so far in the left direction that
they don't realize they are hurting themselves and their customers.
They are not consistent in applying the policy. They are so new age
that they forget that they need people that can actually think and do
the job. Diversity is the number one priority in hiring and they don't
care if the people are qualified. Hence they promote people that are
racialy diverse but totally unqualified and they bypass the caucasians
that know what they are doing. They are so focused on getting a new,
young work force that can carry them into the future that they pass
over the experienced people and don't realize that the people they are
promoting have no clue or common sense. They are so desperate to cut
costs to stay competitive that they can't see the present danger for
the future fears.
