Hiring process involved a Mathematical Questions Test (several basic
multiplication questions to prove basic mathematical understanding).
An interview (for approximately 10 employees at a time) was conducted
and further tests were completed (Colour association and basic
literacy).
Three week un-paid training course upon successful interview process.
Interviews were conducted by the Recruitment Department.
Some questions were "why do you want to work in this industry?"
and "are you aware you will be working most public holidays in the
year?".
After spending some time in the initial role, interviews for promotions
are held. These interviews consist mainly of sorting back over records
and deciding who is fit for the promotion - then a test is applied to
all those elligable.
