The hours are very strict & restricted with no flexibility if you are
late or need a last minute holiday to deal with any type of emergency;
there are very few opportunities for advancement within the company;
the dress code is business Mon-Thurs with a dress down day on a Fri (&
also if you work a Sat)-the dresscode is much stricter for males than
females tho'; the office used to have a relaxed friendly atmosphere,
now most people want to leave as they are expected to be like robots
during their working day - stay in their seats, don't have personal
conversations / emails, don't use the internet, not to voice any
negative opinions!
