Company will never meet its target within our business environment;
staff morale is very low with many leaving incl experienced members of
staff that have been there since the company started; they do have a
very strong brand name which carries them thro' & are thought highly of
within the financial industry but is let down by its marketing to
direct customers; they are constantly changing the way we work & asking
more of the staff without the staff seeing any monetary benefit from
this.
