There was basically 2 interviews. One was with management, and the other
technical. I'm not a permanant employee, and am contracted on an hourly
basis. This is the way the companies have been able to get around
the 'numbers' issue imposed on government, and thus explains my not
being hired on a permanent basis.
Both went well, and I was offered the contract. The rate was 15% less
than what I was earning, but under the circumstances, I had to take it -
the other contract was comming to an end, and would not be resigned for
a further term because of rationalisation.
