Not the greatest in the industry. Typically, undergrads start at the 40
?? 50 K range. Grads start at $50k plus, which is OK for Kansas City
standards. This is what is currently being paid and will most probably
change given the market turnaround and the increase in company
financials. However, benefits are really good.
Starts out with 3 weeks of vacation. Typically, the bonuses are based on
job grade level promotions (5-10% increase ion salary) as well as
performance ratings based on a scale. This could vary anywhere between
3% (Bad review) to as high as even 10-15 %. It all depends on
performance, manager, and politics within the group e.t.c. However, the
organization is quite flexible in terms of employees moving within the
company. So, if you are not happy with a certain package, after a year
in the group, lateral moves can be made to other groups. However, a
person definitely needs to build credentials, before other groups will
make such an offer.
