I had to complete a phone survey, then was called to come in for a face
to face interview highered on the spot. General questions about me and
my feature goals.The pone interview was a compurized survey that was
acutlya personality test alot of people failed this part. The face to
face interview was done by differe3nt supervisors, not just one person,
so basicly it depened on who intervied you on wether you were highered
or not. Each person that did enterviewing had there own favoriets and
standors. you could really tell this by the people hired. Some should
not have been hired at all , this showing the person who hired them did
not have high standors when they did there interview process, and once
hired employment was not secure had to complete 6week training misssing
no days and the you had to do the job you were hired for and make sales
averaging from 10thousand to 16thousand a month if you did not do this
you only had 3 chances the you were let go. All was not coverd in the
interview process it was vage.
