Dressy to casul dress code, long hous , constant changes, advancement
was based on who you knew. Each emploey went through 6weeks of through
trainning and at the end of that went to specal group until good enough
to work on there own with out help. We took care of all customer needs
with local phone service and longdistance and dsl pcs need the customer
had , setting up service, moving service, and we also handled colections
and fraud accounts. while trying to sale as many sprint products as
possiable that would help the customer while at the same time limitting
the time of the call and once finished recaping all info and making sure
customer was aware of all that had taken place. We also took care of
billing qauestions, credits and depts.
