Not very good - it does not treat employes very well, does not care
about
the customer, and does not have proper process for taking care of
ineroffice problems. Not every emploey was treated the same the ones
that did not sale well were not treated as well as the onces did it did
not mater if you were a great customer service person or not.
Supervisors were not watched well enough did as they pleased to the
people under them some supervisors would pick on certain people and get
bywith it and some supervisons let there emploeys do what ever there
were no guidelines that were inforced when it came to the supervisors,
because the manager and General manager had close ties with all
supervisors and when a complaint was made nothing was done , several
lawsuits have been made towards this local company concering the
treatment of emploeys.
