As a supervisor managing "assigned workers" on assignment at Dell, my job can be summed up as a sever health risk at best. The relationship between Dell and Spherion is unstable and always at risk. Every move mad by Spherion is completely dictated by the Client, Dell. There were many situations that required me to compromise my work ethics and morals in order to keep my job. In the two years that I worked there, I watched more than 10 valuable, over qualified professionals lose their job because "Dell said so". Basically, they didn't like being questioned about their decisions and moved anyone out that had any opinion other than theirs.
